The normal Urbanisation Model is to buy a nice piece of Land, partition it up into as many plots as possible, then cover the plots in concrete boxes, with some strips of rectangular grass. The original piece of Land has completely disappeared....
What if the nice piece of Land became even nicer......with paths, trees & shrubs, water features and animal habitats,
But where are the houses...
So imagine that the buildings have Green Roofs, therefore used to provide interesting contours into shape of the Land. Each building would be on a plot minimum of 1,500 sq. m, with no cars beside it , so no roads, then each building would be nearly invisible and integrated with the beautiful landscape.....

Building Construction Design Complete

Using previous Design work completed during the Scheme Design Process of the Yurt Building system, the Construction Methodology and Budgets have been completed. The Fast Construction System allows for different size of interior floor area (up to 500 sq. m), using a variation of Structural Components, based on an Open Plan configuration.
Additional or Alternative local Contractors and Suppliers are being sourced to continually reduce the budget per sq. m
Land Search & Initial Regulative PDM Meetings

The Initial Urbanisation is only preliminarily planned for only 6 building units, therefore the size of the Land will be between 10,000 to 15,000 sq. m.
The areas being searched is the Mafra, Sintra and Cascais Areas, Portugal, with good communication routes to Lisbon.
